I have challenged the BTO to find the AOS the most difficult tetrad on the British mainland to survey next year as part of the Atlas project in its final year.
Nothing is excluded, from Liverpool Toxteth to Wester Ross, although Dawn Balmer muttered something about 'just the place' in Wales!
Likely to be a winter visit and a summer visit but I will arrange both and call for volunteers later.
For inter-Service incentive, RAFOS are covering a number of squares in the Highlands, and I'm afraid that I can't let that pass unchallenged.
More later.
